Mission 

Lead by Design seeks to empower students to lead lives of purpose, resilience and impact by guiding them through a transformative, two-quarter cohort experience grounded in life design and leadership development. Through reflective seminars, immersive excursions, personalized mentoring and integrated academic advising, students deepen their sense of identity, strengthen their agency and develop the tools to make intentional, values-driven decisions about their futures.
